TORONTO — Campbell Canada will be serving free soup at a pop-up restaurant on Toronto’s Queen St. W. starting Feb. 2.

The location will serve four complimentary walk-in lunch and dinnertime soup tasting options designed by chef Matt Dean Pettit, who will create a variety of interpretations using Campbell’s soup. “I created these recipes in such a way that they can be recreated at home,” says Pettit, founder and chef at Toronto’s Rock Lobster restaurants. “We have so many diverse cultures and flavours available to us here in Toronto. Soup is one of those universal foods that unites people from around the globe and I’m looking forward to sharing my take on it.”

The Cantina by Campbell’s will also feature a mosaic wall where guests can place stickers to help build a piece of pop art. For each sticker placed, Campbell Canada will donate one can of soup to Daily Bread Food Bank.

The Cantina by Campbell’s is located at 501 Queen St. W. and will run from Feb. 2 to 21. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
