TORONTO — RC Show is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a landmark fireside chat featuring renowned chef, humanitarian and founder of World Central Kitchen (WCK) José Andrés. He was chosen as the ideal embodiment of this year’s theme: FUEL Your Potential, People, Prosperity and Passion.
The fireside chat is scheduled for 3 p.m. on April 7 on the Speaker Stage. The conversation between Andrés and Kelly Higginson, president & CEO of Restaurants Canada, will explore topics surrounding the resilience of the foodservice industry and how to continue inspiring professionals to lead with purpose and thrive in an era of rapid transformation. Key takeaways will include re-connecting with foundational industry values such as community, culture-building and sustainability; cultivating innovation within teams and operations; and leading with purpose to create lasting, meaningful impact in their communities.
